..is by far the hardest part of my 2014 healthy living regime. I just hate waking up. It takes ages for me to come alive. I hate the drowsiness that smothers me for the first 30 minutes of the day. All I want is to sink back into that warm cosy bed and pull the duvet around me again and drift back to sleep. I was getting on well for a while in January, in the first flush of enthusiasm of this regime, but getting up early on a continuous basis is hard hard hard for me. Once I’m up and running for half an hour then my engine switches on and away I go…and I never want to go to bed at night …which is really the core of the problem of course….
