Not as often as me anyway…..I am a bit obsessed with weighing myself these days. Its really interesting though to notice how weight can vary as much as a kilo or more at different times within 24 hours – lighter in the morning and heavier in the evening.
The aim of course is a downward trend, which I am thankfully achieving. Having started at 85.5 kilos early in January, my weight this morning was 81.9 kilos. I can really see and feel the difference and I can get back into clothes that were unworn for ages. Still a good way to go though to get rid of flab around the waist area.
