Combining Diet and Exercise


I am noticing how critical it is to keep up the exercise as well as the healthy eating in order to keep the weight shifting downwards. I was stuck at 82.5 kilos for a week until I upped the amount of exercise.  The routine now includes using the treadmill in the office. I managed 15 minutes reasonably fast paced running today on the treadmill and was not winded at all. Also noticing that I am not winded now when I climb the steps from the metro, which used to kill me before I started on this regime.
